Best Raw Food Diet For Weight Loss

Hi guys,

Tim here with another Phuket raw food diet video.

Today I want to talk to you a little bit about my experiences with easy vegetarian meals. And I'll show my ugly mutt in a minute, my ugly face. I thought I'd just show you some of the views of Phuket. This is on the shoreline of the private beach where I am staying.

You can see Phuket there in the background. There's a little island that goes right around, and there's the water that surrounds that. And there's the jetty. It's all part of the resort that we're staying at. It's absolutely wonderful.

I'll turn the video around there.

Anyway, how are you? Just a quick video today to give you a bit of an update. I wanted to talk to you a little bit today about some of my experiences. I'll just turn here so you can see the background while I'm talking. You can hopefully hear the sea.

A Vegetarian Meal Plan That Is Delicious!

Hello, Tim here from Phuket with yet another low carb vegetarian video.

How are we today?

We're doing, both Louise and myself are doing fine, having a great time over here. Weather is not too bad. Yesterday ended up being quite hot. Not overcast at all. Sun was out. And man, the sun had a bit of power! Very, very strong.

Today is still looking good. A bit more overcast. It is going to be a bit cooler. But we are still going to go down into the pool. We checked it out before actually, and the water is warm. So looking forward to that.

Maybe you can hear the waves in the background. Quite beautiful and relaxing watching that. Good waking up to it as well, waking up to the sound of the waves.

I have got a few more pictures to include, which I took last night. I will show you shortly in this video. Just talking about the food I had yesterday and so forth. So I will pause this now and we'll have a look at what I ate yesterday. At least some of the meals anyway.

Easy Vegetarian Meals In Phuket

Hello everyone.
It is Tim here from Phuket, Thailand, with another weight loss video update.

How are we all today? We're feeling fantastic. We just had our breakfast. It is about 9:30am in the morning, or thereabouts. Maybe getting closer to ten o'clock. The weather is fine today. Actually the sun is shining, so it is going to be a very nice day.

But, getting back on track, talking about eating. I ate very well yesterday. All healthy vegetarian recipes and vegetarian meals. For those of you who don't know, since finishing my juice fast, 56 days of a juice fast, and I lost about 22 kilos, which is around about 51 pounds, since then, I have decided - because I didn't have any meat or dairy for that period of time, that I would actually go off them. And go the full hog and go to a total vegan diet plan lifestyle. Now, vegan, for those of you who don't know, is a vegetarian lifestyle. So, no meat products. But it is taking the next step - there are no animal products at all. So no eggs, meat obviously, no dairy. And instead of doing that basically it's vegetables and fruits, and also things like nuts which are essential, or, have essential vitamins and minerals. Nuts, legumes, seeds and so on.

And I have got some goodies I want to show you now actually, which I will I do. I actually took a picture of what I ate for breakfast, and lunch and evening meals. I want you to have a look at those now. We'll start off by having a look at the breakfast. Now you can see that even though it was a bit bit bizarre for me, having a lot of vegetables for breakfast. I had some rice there on the plate. There's some corn there. There's also some various vegetables. There's tomato, it's a tomato dish. There's also red curry. Beautiful! Absolutely very nice. And a few other vegetables as well. Broccoli as well I believe.

I'm doing this today. Even though I'm putting these pictures on the screen, I'm actually doing this from memory. So hopefully I am getting it all.

You Can Succeed With A Vegan Diet Plan!

Hi guys!

Tim here from Puket - Phuket I should say, not puke-et, as in spew!

We're having a lovely time here. This is our first day here. We arrived late last night and obviously didn't get a chance to do a video. I just wanted to show you the view behind me. We have got a fantastic suite right on the ocean. Absolutely amazing. Weather is fantastic. Even though it is overcast the temperature is really quite warm. It's almost muggy, but it is beautiful. Absolutely loving it.

We've got a busy day today. We've got lots of plans. Mainly exploring.

We couldn't believe the number of motorbikes on the road. It was quite entertaining when we were [arriving] from the airport. All the motorbikes ducking in and out. Some people were actually holding umbrellas while they were riding motorbikes.

Best Weight Loss Practice And Eating Properly

Hi. Tim here with another transition to food / weight loss / eat healthy video.

Just a quick one today, because this is actually take 2! I did my first video, and when I finished recording it, I went into my video editor, and there was nothing recorded. I don't know what went wrong. But it seems to be working now. I did a couple of little test ones, and it is now working.

OK, not a lot to report today, other than that you will not be getting a video from me tomorrow. That is because I am on holidays tomorrow, and I am actually flying to Phuket. So consequently I will be in the air, and by the time I get into Phuket it is going to be late, and I will have to clear customs and so forth. So I won't get a chance to do a video.

However I will be doing a video every day after that, while I am away, just showing you some of the sights of Phuket, and talking about the food, and talking about food experiences and so forth.

Just a couple of brief bits of information about food.

Life After My Juice Fast Continues

Hi,

Tim here with a 'life after juice fasting' update for you today.

It is Friday over here, Friday 9th September here in Australia. And I just wanted to do a quick update to let you know that things are going well. This is the start of my fourth day after my 56 day juice fast. If you haven't seen my YouTube videos, go and take a look at those. Because I have got a video for every single day on my 56 day juice fast. I updated every day with how much weight I lost, progress, how I felt, what sort of juices I was having, and so on and so forth. So there's lots of information about that.

And in yesterday's video I asked the question whether people would be interested in an e-book, giving a bit of an overview of my journey but also giving things like recipes and shortcuts and tips. Lots of people said yes, so, good news! I am going to actually create that e-book. It is going to take me a little while to compile that information. What I am going to do is get the information out of the videos and put that into a booklet type form, an ebook. And then I'm going to give you the mechanism to download it. It's going to have as much information as possible. I will put all the juices I used, the recipes, how I felt, things to watch out for, how to get out of those difficult tough spots when you're really wanting to eat and so forth. And what I did to basically succeed in my 56 day juice fast.

Back To Solid Foods And Loving It

Hi, Tim here!

How are you going today?

Today is my juice fasting update. Or, should I say, transitioning back to food update! Day 2. This is the start of Day 3, actually, from my, returning from juice fasting, going back to the normal solid foods with some healthy vegetarian recipes. Things are going fantastically well. For those who are asking, yes, I have gained a little bit of weight. The smallest amount of weight actually, since I have gone off juice fasting. Today is the start of the third day, mid morning here in Australia. I have gained 0.1 kilo, yes, 0.1 kilo!

Now that is about 1/5 of one pound. That is all I have gained since moving over, and I suspect that is going to come off pretty quickly, because I am still exercising and eating healthily.

Smoothie Diet Time Now The Juice Fast Is Over?

Hi, Tim here with another 'Eat Healthy' / 'Juice Fast' / whatever you like to call it 'Eat Raw' / 'Get Fit' / 'Get Healthy' type video!

Today I am just going to talk briefly about my transition back to food with some smoothie diet in it. For those of you who don't know, yesterday marked the first day that I was back on to solid food after a juice fast lasting 56 days.

Now if you want to see what happened during those 56 days, do go back and check my videos. I have actually done a complete history. Every day I uploaded a video faithfully about my progress, how much weight I lost, etc. And I am going to be doing a similar thing with my transitioning back to solid foods.

Day 57 - Juice Fasting Results Are In!

Hi, Tim here with the last day of my Juice Fast update.

If you watched yesterday you know that yesterday was my last juice fasting day. So I decided to do a video today just talking about my final weight. So I lost 0.3 kg overnight. So that brings my total weight loss now of, about, 0.3 is about 0.6 pounds, so, just a bit over half a pound.

Total weight loss over Day 1 to Day 56 inclusive, was 23.2 kilograms, which is just over 51 pounds, all up, which is fantastic.

And my current weight is 88.2 kilograms, which is 194 1/2 pounds.

So I have actually made it. I am off my juice fast and fasting plan now. And before I go too much further, here is my smoothie! I am going to drink my smoothie, and I will tell you what is in it shortly. But I am going to enjoy it first.

Day 56 - Juice Fast Journey Nearing Its End

Hello, Tim here with my Day 56 juice fasting update.

This is my final day of juice fasting. After today I am going back to solid food again. By the way, 56 days, in case you're wondering why it wasn't 60 days or 90 days, or 100. 56 days is exactly 8 weeks. Eight sevens are 56. That's the reason chose 56. Just to be a little bit different.

And I am pretty pleased that I am here now! Again, it still hasn't been a struggle I have to say, mostly. It has been quite straight forward, and I am pleased to have made it to my last day. So, feeling pretty pumped about that. I am going to talk about the actual diet, fruit juice diet, veggie juice diet or, not diet, but eating plan I should say. A book I think you need to read - I am going to talk about shortly and show you.

But before I do that I'll just talk about my weight loss. I lost 0.2 kilograms, which is around about half a pound since yesterday. Total weight loss now is 22.9 kilograms, which I think is around about 50.5 pounds now. Current weight is now 88.5 kilograms, and that is around 195 pounds, give or take.

Day 55 - Juice Diets Are Truly Effective!

Good morning, good evening, and goodnight! as Jim Carrey would say.

Tim here with my Juice Fasting progress report update for Day 55.

Only one more day to go after my juice diets today. So tomorrow is going to be my last liquid diet weight loss, juice diet weight loss day and juice fasting. Looking forward to that actually! I am starting to think obviously I have been doing this for quite a number of days now, transitioning. Fruit and green smoothies is probably going to be what I am starting with. That will be on Tuesday, because it is Sunday over here in Australia.

It is actually Father's Day today. So I am going to take it quite easy today. I'm not going to do a lot. I have a couple of adult children, and Louise has got a couple of younger children who are nearly adult (17 and 15). So I hope to catch up with all of those today.

Day 54 - Juide Diet Plan Update!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 54 juice fasting update.

Just two days to go, after today, and I am done with my juice fasting!

I talked about, in earlier videos that I wasn't sure whether I was going to continue the juice diet plan. I have decided to definitely stop it. So my last day - [right now] it is actually Saturday. It's about 11:40 in the morning, on Saturday, in Australia. And the end of Monday will be my last day. So I will do another video on the Tuesday morning. That will be my final sort of daily 'weigh-in' if you will. And then I am going to switch over to a diet of mainly fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes and seeds. Because I think that's the way to go.


I'm going to ease slowly into that. I'm going to start off with some green smoothies and a bit of low carb fruits in the first couple of days, and then build it up from there, slowly.

Day 53 - Lemon Juice - Strikingly Refreshing?!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 53 update. My juice fasting update.

Louise: Hello!

Tim: I'm here having a great time. So just a quick video just to let you know that overnight I have lost 0.6 of a kilo. Now I don't know what that is in pounds, but I will put that on the screen now (1 and 1/3 pounds).

Total weight loss is 22.2 kilograms, which is this much in pounds (just under 49 pounds).

And my weight now is 89.2 kilograms, which is 195 1/2 pounds.

Just going to be a quick one today, because as I said, we're at the Royal Adelaide Show, which is sort of like a fair or carnival I should call it for you American folks.

Louise: And Louise wants fairy floss!

Tim: Louise wants some fairy floss. I won't be indulging in that obviously. Lots of food here. It's amazing how much junk food I have already seen. And it's only about 10:30 in the morning. It's quite amazing.

But everything is still on track and everything is going well. I have only got 3 days after today till my juice fast finishes.

Day 52 - Fruit Juice Heaven!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 52 update.

Still going. Now only got 5 days, including today, to go, and I have finished my juice fast and some fruit juice, which is quite amazing.

Since yesterday I have lost 0.7 kilograms, which is about 1.5 pounds. So my total weight loss now is 21.6 kilograms, which is just over 47.5 pounds.

Current weight now is 89.8 kilograms. Woohoo! Got under the 90 kilogram mark. And that is now a fraction undfer 198 pounds.

So, feeling pretty confident and happy and blissful really. It's working out nicely.


Interesting in the last 2 days for various reasons I haven't had 3 juices. I have only had the 2 juices. Yesterday I missed my breakfast juice, but had the lunch and evening one. And the day before I had my breakfast juice, but missed the lunch and had the evening one. It wasn't by planning. But I have noticed since I've done that, that the weight loss has escaled So I'm conscious of the fact that I am not trying to hungry or starve myself or anything. Because that's the wrong way to try and lose weight. But I think I'm on to something here. For a long term fast, maybe here's an opportunity to cut down on the juices per day, if you are truly not hungry, which I certainly am not. And just focus on this good stuff: water. And if I'm not hungry I'm going to cut down.

Day 51 - Juice Fast Recipes Can Be Simple If You Know How

Hi, Tim here with my Day 51 juice fasting update.

Since yesterday I have lost 0.4 kilogram, which is about 0.9 pounds. Just under 1 pound. Bringing my total juice fast results in weight loss since I started my juice fast, to 20.9 kilograms, which is 46 pounds.

My current weight now is 90.5 kilograms, which is 199 1/2 pounds! Yes! I have cracked the magical 200 pound barrier. I am now under that, which is good. My next goal is to get under 90 kilos, which is by the way looking like it is going to be only one or two days before that happens.

Everything else is going quite well. Only got a few more day to go now. Day 51. As you probably know by now I am finishing on Day 56. I am still putting a lot of research into transitioning and looking into more juice fast recipes. Definitely going to go to fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes and seeds. That's my primary source of nutrition.

Day 50 - Does Lemon Water Really Work?!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 50 update, my juice fasting update.

And I promised you that I would be getting my blood test results back today, which I have, which I am going to talk about in a little while.

Firstly I am going to talk about the fact that I lost 0.5 kg since yesterday, which is 1.1 pounds. Overall that is 20.5 kilograms that I have lost, which is 45 1/4 pounds. My current weight now is 90.9 kilograms, which is about 200 1/2 pounds. So I have nearly cracked the magical amount of getting under 200 pounds, which is fantastic.

Now, the other thing that has happened today was, people have been following along for many weeks, I have got a Nintendo Wii, the games console. And I am using the Wii Fit Plus package. And I weigh myself every day. And I set myself a goal, and about a month ago I reached my first ten kilograms, because that is the maximum weight you can set as a loss. I managed to reach that. And today marks the second time that I have reached the next landmark.

Day 49 - My Juice Diet Update!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 49 juice diet update, yes my juice fast update.

Only 7 days to go! This time next week will be my last juicing day.

So, feeling fantastic I have to say, still. Since yesterday I have lost another 0.2 kilogram, which is just under half a pound. Total weight loss now is a total of 20 kilograms exactly. And that is a fraction over 44 pounds. Current weight is 91.4 kilos, and that is around 201 1/2 pounds.

So everything on track with my fat burning diet, and doing well.

I mentioned in quite a few previous videos that I am looking at transitioning off, and what I need to do. And it is interesting. I spent some time yesterday researching this. And it seems pretty well the worst thing you could do, if you have been on a long juice fast, is to just start eating normally. Because from what I can gather the stomach creates all these digestive fluids, for want of a better term, the thing that actually helps with digestion. And because you have been on a juice fast, it hasn't had a lot to do in the last, in my case, the last 49 days, because, of course, the juice is ready to go and ready to be absorbed by the body. It hasn't had to do much in the way of digestion at all.

Day 48 - Juicing Diet Still On Track!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 48 juice fast plan update. Only 8 days to go, and so I am feeling pretty pumped up about that. I lost 0.2 kg, which is around about half a pound.

My total weight loss now is 19.8 kilograms, which is about to crack the 20 kg mark. And that is just under 202 pounds (sorry, my present weight is just under 200 pounds). It is actually a total of 43... I have forgotten, let's have a look.

My current weight is 91.6 kg, which is just under 202 pounds. And I have lost 19.8 kilograms, which is just over 43 1/2 pounds.

So, everything is still going well in my juicing diet. I am still finishing off my juice actually. It's a fruit only juice today. I decided to have fruit only, with some lemons, limes, apple, grapefruit, and something else, I can't remember what it was [later edits video to include 'orange and grapefruit'].

Day 47 - Juicing For Weight Loss - Here's To Good Health!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 47 update.

My juice fasting updates continue, and still going well. I have lost today 0.4 kg, which is just under 1 pound. Total weight loss since I started, Day One, all those days ago, is 19.6 kilos, which I think is about 43 1/4 pounds.

So my current weight now is 91.8 kilos, and that is about 202 and 1/3 pounds.

I'm going to be quite happy actually when I get below the 200 pound mark. A bit of a barrier for me. The way things are going hopefully within the next 3 or 4 days or less I'm going to get through that barrier.

I've been thinking about why I haven't done this years ago. It is almost like there has been an unconscious barrier there, preventing me from doing this. Because, if I think about it, I think I've always known that, just by the information around the place, to a degree, that fruit and vegetables are very healthy for you. So, why have I pretty well avoided both of those types of food?

Day 46 - Time For Drinking More Vegetable Juice

Hi Tim here with my Day 46 update.

Back in familiar territory again, back home. For all those people who wrote in and said, was I homeless? because I was filming next to a highway, thank you very much! I know you were just kidding!

Yeah, I decided to film it back home today. I lost 0.1 kg, which is only a 1/4 of a pound. But still, it is some weight loss. So that brings to a total of 19.3 kg the amountn of weight that I have lost since starting this. And that is about 42.5 pounds I believe.

So my current weight is 92.2 kg, which is about 203 1/4 pounds.


So yes, feeling good.

Day 45 - Fasting For Weight Loss - Still Going Strong!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 45 update.

Sorry for the loud noise of the traffic behind me. Standing next to a major highway is probably a silly idea to be doing the video here.

But anyway, today I have lost 0.2 kg, bringing me to a total weight loss since I started the juice fast, a total of: 19.1 Kg (about 42 pounds).

And currently my juice fast results weight is now 92.3 kg (203 1/2 pounds).

Now, the reason I didn't say this is obviously I haven't weighed myself yet. So when I get back home I will weigh myself and I am going to put those figures up when I edit the video.


Now just a couple of things today I wanted to talk about.

Day 44 - Veggie Juice Diet - Getting More Results

Hi, Tim here with my Day 44 update.

I am actually doing this outside today. I am actually halfway on my walk. Halfway through my juice fasting to finishing it.

So I thought I would stop briefly and just have a quick chat.

Today I have lost: (I couldn't say how much I have lost, so I will put it on the screen) 0.3 kg (2/3's of a pound).

I haven't actually weighed myself yet.

Overall that is now a total of: 18.9 Kg, 41 and 2/3's pounds.

Yes, that much, that's good isn't it!

And of course, I now weigh a total of: 92.5 kgs (204 pounds)

So anyway, Day 44, only 12 days to go now until my juice fast is over. I am still feeling good, happy and pumped. I am actually filming this on my iPhone 4, so excuse the cars going by in the background.


But look everything is still really on track with my veggie juice diet, and doing well.

Day 43 - Juice Diet Weight Loss Still Going

Hi, Tim here with my Day 43 update.

Overnight, or since the last time I weighed yesterday, I have lost 0.2kg, which is around about half a pound.

Total weight loss then, up until now, is 18.6 kg, which is 41 pounds.

My current weight actually for those of you who are interested is now 92.9 kgs, which is around about 204 pounds. And of course, when I started on this journey I was 11.4 kgs, which is around about 244 pounds.

So overall everything is still going fantastically well in my juice diet weight loss. I am still feeling energized, happy, lots of energy, and really just breezing a long.

Day 42 - My Vegetable Juice Diet Is Awesome

Hi, Tim here with my Day 42 update.

Yes, it's been six weeks! I can hardly believe that I have been doing this now for 6 weeks. Just 14 days now, to go, until my juice fast is finished.

Since my weight loss yesterday I have lost 0.2kg, which is about half a pound. So, overall, my weight loss is now 18.4 kg, which is about 40.5 pounds.


So I am very pleased with the way things are going. I am still feeling pumped and invigorated and happy, and confident I am going to get through to the last 14 days of juice diet plan. Not a lot else to report again today. It's going to be a quick video today. Still putting a lot of thought into my transitioning.

Day 41 - My Fruit Juice Diet Is Really Becoming a Fun Ride

Howdy!

Tim here, with my Day 41 juice fast update.

Everything is still on track. I lost 0.4kg which is just under 1 pound.

For the fourth day running now I have lost exactly the same amount of weight.

Overall since I started the juice fast or fasting, I have now lost 40 pounds, just a fraction over 40 pounds, which is 18.2 kg.

So I am pretty happy still. Everything is still on track with my fruit juice diet. I have only got 15 days to go. Feeling pretty pumped about that. Still happy with my weight loss and liquid diet weight loss. It's been about a pound a day for the last 4 days, is nothing to be sneezed at, at all. It's easy. Quite actually very easy.

Day 39 - Why Carrot Juice Is So Beneficial

Hi, Tim here with my Day 39 juice fasting update.

Everything is still on track, as it has been for most of this time. Still doing quite well.

I lost 0.4 kg which is just under 1 pound (0.9 pounds).

Total weight loss since I started the juice fast is 17.4kg, which is a bit under 38 1/2 pounds.

So everything is still going quite well in my weight loss. I have still got another 17 days. I'm actually starting to countdown now. I am getting excited!


I am not actually feeling that I need to go off the juice fast, but it is more a case of being a Gemini star sign, I get bored easily. So I am actually looking forward to the challenge of transitioning from drinking juice to getting back onto the solids.

Juicing Fasting Benefits Progress Report - Day 38

Hi, Tim here with my Day 38 update, my juice fasting update.

Everything is still on track in my fasting for weight loss, and I am still feeling good.

Lost 0.4 kg, which is just under 1 pound, 0.9 pounds.

So total weight loss now is 17kg exactly, which is about 37.5 pounds.

So everything is, as I said, on track, going well, as I say for most videos I have to say these days.


Interesting that I was having a conversation with someone today and the biggest issue they are having with juice fasting is starting.

Liquid Diet Update For Day 37

Hi, Tim here with my Day 37 update.

Yes, I'm still going with my juice fast. I am now up to day 37. Things are still on track, and I am doing well.

It's only going to be a very quick video today because I have got an extremely busy day ahead. Just to let you know I have lost 0.3kg since yesterday, which is actually the same as yesterday's weight loss. And that's about, over half a pound, 0.66 pound.

Total weight loss now is 16.6 kg, which is I believe is just over 36.5 pounds.


So everything is on track in my liquid diet weight loss, as I said, doing well.

Day 36 - Getting The Most Out Of Your Commercial Juicer

Hello everyone,

Tim here with my Day 36 update for my juice fast. Everything is still going well. I have actually lost 0.3 kg, which is about 2/3's of a pound, about, I think it is 0.66 of one pound.

So, overall in my juice fast plan so far I have lost now a total of 16.3 kg, which is just a fraction under 36 pounds.

So, yeah, as I said, everything is going well. Not a lot to report today.


One interesting thing: when I was making my breakfast juice today, I decided to go just for fruit only. Now it has been quite some time since I have had "fruit only" with my juices using my commercial juicer, because pretty well in all my juices I have been juicing vegetables, including celery, some spinach as a minimum. And sometimes some cucumber as well. But this time I decided to go for fruit only.

Day 35 - Calories In Watermelon - What Is The Real Deal?

Tim here with my Day 35 update.

Yes, I'm now 5 weeks, today, into my health fast, or my juice fast, I should say.

Only 3 weeks to go, 21 days to go, today.

So I'm feeling pretty pumped!


Now, since the last time I weighed, if you have been following along with the videos, the last 3 days I have been unable to weigh, because I have been interstate from South Australia. I am back today, and since then I have lost 1.2 kilos, which is about 2.6 pounds.

Day 29 - My Easy Diet Plan Update

Hi Tim here with my Day 29 update.

Yes, I'm still on my juice fast easy diet plan. For those of you who haven't seen any of my previous videos, each day I have been on my juice fast, I have uploaded a video letting you know how much weight I have lost, and my overall progress, and even things like how I have felt in a particular day, challenges and so on and so forth.


So if you haven't watched any of my previous videos about my easy diet plan, then I suggest you do that, because this is perfect. What I am trying to do is make this really easy for someone who is starting a juice fast. I'm identifying all the things that you'll find hard and easy along the way. You'll get to know how you'll feel doing the same type of juice fast, if you're considering doing one.

Day 34 - Getting The Most Out Of Your Juicing Benefits

Hi guys,

Tim here with my Day 34 juice fasting update. Yes, I'm still going. And today is my last day in Melbourne, Australia. I am actually back home later this afternoon. So I am getting picked up in about an hour's time and then shooting up to the airport and then going back to Adelaide.

Consequently I haven't weighed myself again today. This is the third day straight I haven't weighed myself. Well, actually it will be by the time I weigh myself tomorrow morning. I'm expecting a good weight loss. It will be interesting to see how much I lose out of that.

Thank you, yes, I'm feeling pretty good too. And yes, for all you people out there looking for motivation, I hope that these videos that I'm doing are actually giving you motivation. Because it's motivating me hearing feedback from your comments and hearing of your success. Because we're getting people's messages on my videos saying that they have started a juice fast and that they have lost weight already.

Day 33 Vegetable Nutrition - What You Need To Know

Hi everyone,

Tim here with my Day 33 update.

Still going on the juice fast. Everything is going fine. And I'm getting all pumped up this morning, because we're going to a seminar, my brother and I, Anthony. (Anthony, say hello!)

Anthony: Hello everybody, and we have still got the jittery camera. Excuse me everyone while I just make a bit of an adjustment here!

Tim: Yeah, Anthony was doing the filming yesterday and he was actually holding the camera. And we found afterwards it was a bit shaky. So he's actually got it on a tripad - ah, tripad! tripod now.

Anyway, this morning we're going to a seminar, and apps for iphone seminar. Because one of the things we do, we're actually business together, and we actually write iPhone apps. So we're looking forward to that. That's an all day conference.

Day 32 - Drinking The Best Detox Juices

Hi,

Tim here with my Day 32 juice fast update.

Still going guys. I'm actually in another state of Australia today. I mentioned yesterday in the video that I was going interstate, and I am here now, in Melbourne.

Anthony, say hello!

Anthony: Hello everybody! This is Tim's brother doing a bit of filming today. Pleased to meet you all!

Tim: That's right! So this is the first time ever you have seen me, from this far down anyway. I'm not sure how much Anthony is filming of me.


Anthony: Well, they're getting a full body shot now. 

Tim: Uh oh! A bit scary! I might have to try and cover up.

Anyway guys I'm going to keep this quick today. First of all I will tell you that I lost 0.2 kg, which is just under half a pound. Total weight loss now is 14.8 kg, in 32 days, and that is about 32.6, 32.5 pounds. Everything is still on track.

Day 31 - Craving More For Low Carb Vegetables

Hi, Tim here, with my Day 31 update.

Since yesterday I have lost .3 kg, which is about .66 pound.

Total weight loss now, since I started, is 14.6 kilos, which is 32 1/4 pounds.

Everything is still on track. I'm still feeling good. I've had a few temptations. We had about ten people over yesterday. We had a big luncheon here. This was after I shot yesterday's video. And lots of food. Lots of cakes and pies. Everyone brought a plate and so forth.


I managed to stay out of it, stay clear of it. I had some work to do anyway, which was lucky enough. But later on in the afternoon when I had finished my work I went out there and mingled with the guests, and no, I wasn't tempted.

Day 30 - Is Lemon Cleanse Diet More Effective?

Tim here with my Day 30 juice fast update.

Everything is sitll on track.

I have lost .5 Kg since yesterday, which is just over 1 pound.

Total weight loss to date, today, is a total loss of 14.3 Kg. And that's about 31.5 pounds.


So, yes, everything is going quite well, and I am feeling quite energised. I haven't had any problems with feeling hungry, or anything of that sort for quite some time now. And I mentioned a few days ago that I was thinking that perhaps it was time to go off the juice fast. Those feelings have gone. It was only a temporary one.

Day 28 - Juicing Vegetables. It Gets Easier Over Time

Hi Tim here with my Day 28 update.

Yay! I'm halfway! Halfway through to my 56 day goal.

Since yesterday I have lost 0.8 kg, which is pretty close, I think it is 1.8 pounds, nearly 2 pounds.

So overall that means I have lost 13.5 kilograms, which is just under 30 pounds. So I have had a pretty good day overnight.

A couple of things.

First thing I wanted to talk about was, yesterday, after 27 days, I started thinking hmm, food! Maybe it would be good to be off this diet!


Now, it may have been because we picked up our friend Sarah from America. She's over here on holidays for 12 days, to Australia. And on the way home Sarah and Louise were hungry, so they stopped in to Hungry Jacks, which is Burger King for you US folks. And I just sat there. I wasn't too worried about it, I have to say. I just went in and sat there while they ate that.

Day 27 - Are There Really Energy Drink Dangers?

Hi, Tim here with my Day 27 update.

Yes, I'm still going with my juice fast. Getting up close to the halfway mark. Tomorrow is going to mark the halfway mark of my juice plan.

I have lost, since yesterday, 0.4 kg, which is about .9 of a pound, just about 1 pound. Overall my weight loss is now 12.7 kilograms, which is pretty close to 28 pounds.

So, still feeling good, still feeling fantastic, still feeling in control. I had a couple of thoughts today.


Firstly, the word juice fast. 'Fast', to me conjures up a negative sort of vibe. I saw someone used the word 'feast'. I thought that was a good idea. Any other ideas? I'm open to any other ideas to call it. Because it seems such a negative thing to say that you are on a fast, because traditionally that means you're 'going without'. Whereas I think what we're doing is actually giving your body the nutrients it needs. So I'm going to have a think and see if I can come up with a better phrase, and see if we can get that phrase out there and being used in everyday life.

Day 26 - Are Low Carb Fruits The Key?

Hi, Tim here with my Day 26 update.

For those who haven't seen previous videos, I am releasing a video every day of my juice fast. I am attempting to lose a total of 32 kilograms, which is around 70 pounds, in a 56 day juice fast. So today is Day 26, and my 26th video about the whole process. So feel free to look at my other videos and go back and see how I went on a particular day.


The reason that I'm doing this very day - a couple of reasons I guess. Reason #1 is for self motivation. I am pushing myself by getting myself out there in the public spectrum. I'm to a large degree forcing myself to stay on it, even though I'm not really finding it a hard thing to do. But early on I thought it was important to make sure I wasn't going to give up after a few days. Being out there, people are hopefully more inclined to be watching what I'm doing and hopefully encouraging me, and that certainly works so far. I am getting more and more people following what I am doing, leaving comments. And look, those comments are inspiring me as well. So please do click that Like button and leave some comments. It helps me on my journey, and hopefully other people down the track who are watching these videos, they can look at the videos or read the comments, and they are actually going to be enthused by this process as well.

Day 25 Of My Juice Fast And An Eat To Live Discussion

Howdy, Tim here with my Day 25 update.

Juice fasting is still going quite well. I lost .2 of a kilogram since yesterday, which is around about half a pound, give or take. That brings my total weight loss now to 12.1 kilos, which is about 26 and 3/4 pounds.

So everything is still on track, and I haven't got a lot to report. This video is quite late today. It's actually 3:30pm in the afternoon. It was quite a busy day. Haven't had a chance to do too much in the way of preparation for this video, so I'm really just putting it out there as is. It's more to let you know that I'm still on track and still doing well.


A couple of regular followers on my videos commented on a book, Eat to Live. I think that's probably going to be a good book to look at. So I'm going to order that from Amazon. I'm going to put a link in the video notes. If you're interested to go to Amazon and check it out.

Juice Fast Progress For Day 24

Hello, Tim here with my Day 24 update on my juice fast. For those not following along, I have been doing this now, for, this is Day 24. I have been surviving on a diet of juice only, vegetable juice and fruit juice. I have been doing that now, as I said, this is Day 24.

Since yesterday I have lost .7 of a kilogram. Quite a nice weight loss. Quite happy with that. It's about 1.5 pounds. So overall now since I started my juice fast I am now 11.9 kg lighter than when I started, which is about 26 and 1/4 pounds.

So I am pretty happy, becuse my original goal was to lose 32 kilos in the 56 days, which is about 70 pounds. So another 8 and 3/4 pounds and I'm going to be halfway. So I am feeling pretty fantastic overall about the progress I'm making.
