Day 48 - Juicing Diet Still On Track!

Hi, Tim here with my Day 48 juice fast plan update. Only 8 days to go, and so I am feeling pretty pumped up about that. I lost 0.2 kg, which is around about half a pound.

My total weight loss now is 19.8 kilograms, which is about to crack the 20 kg mark. And that is just under 202 pounds (sorry, my present weight is just under 200 pounds). It is actually a total of 43... I have forgotten, let's have a look.

My current weight is 91.6 kg, which is just under 202 pounds. And I have lost 19.8 kilograms, which is just over 43 1/2 pounds.

So, everything is still going well in my juicing diet. I am still finishing off my juice actually. It's a fruit only juice today. I decided to have fruit only, with some lemons, limes, apple, grapefruit, and something else, I can't remember what it was [later edits video to include 'orange and grapefruit'].

Day 29 - My Easy Diet Plan Update

Hi Tim here with my Day 29 update.

Yes, I'm still on my juice fast easy diet plan. For those of you who haven't seen any of my previous videos, each day I have been on my juice fast, I have uploaded a video letting you know how much weight I have lost, and my overall progress, and even things like how I have felt in a particular day, challenges and so on and so forth.


So if you haven't watched any of my previous videos about my easy diet plan, then I suggest you do that, because this is perfect. What I am trying to do is make this really easy for someone who is starting a juice fast. I'm identifying all the things that you'll find hard and easy along the way. You'll get to know how you'll feel doing the same type of juice fast, if you're considering doing one.

Day 29 - My Easy Diet Plan Update

Detox Diet Plan Update For Day 18

Hello, Tim here with my detox diet plan update!

This is Day 18, and I am still on track, doing quite well. I lost .5 of a kilogram since yesterday, which is about 1.1 pound. So, overall my weight loss is 9.5 kilograms, which is 21 pounds. And that is in 17 days, because today is the start of the 18th day as I am filming this.

I have to say vegetable drinks: I am starting to get into those a lot more now. I am finding that I think I need to do that. I think what has happened is that I have had a bit of a slow down in my weight loss in the last probably two or three days. I think that is caused by having too much fruit and not enough vegetables. So if you are on this juice fast, juice diet, I think you need to have more of a component of vegetables.


So, yes, I have taken the plunge everybody, you will be pleased to know, and I am using celery! I actually used celery this morning in my drink. I am using a lot more spinach. I am using broccoli as well. But this morning I just had spinach and celery with my fruit drink. And I am cutting down on fruits like watermelon and I am actually going more to grapefruit, which I know is really good for you. Also lemon, I am using more lemon, and I am also using lime. So all of those alkalis - the body - and they are actually quite good forou. So I am using more of those.

Detox Diet Plan Is Still Working - Day 11

Hello everyone!

Here it is on Day 11, and this is my daily update. I have made it to a full 10 days! I have done 10 days of a juice fast and I am doing very well. I am hanging in there. I lost .7 kg overnight, which is about 1.5 pounds, bringing me to a total of 7 kg, which is about 15 1/2 pounds total weight loss since I started.

So everything is pretty well on track. I still have got moments where I am thinking I would like to exit, but what I am noticing is that they are few and far between. Last night, for example, as the family was sitting down for some scrambled eggs I had a brief thought, because I decided, well, I was there while they were having it basically, and there was a fleeting thought that that would be nice. But then feeling that quickly went away. I had a lot less juice yesterday and I noticed I wasn't hungry. And it's almost like I am a bit more in control of my hunger and it is more manageable.

Day 9 - Lemon Juice Benefits Enough To Replace Water?

Hello,

Tim here with the Day 9 update.

Yes, for now 8 solid days I have been on this juice fast, and still doing quite well.

Overall, well I will start off by giving my overall weight since last time – 0.4 kg I have lost which is just under one pound, since my last video yesterday. So overall I have lost 6 kg which is about 13.2 pounds.

So obviously very happy with the progress. So my detox diet program is working! Even though I don't like using the word diet, the feeling that a lot of the toxins and so forth are starting to come out of my body.


There is a bit of a – it's more of a vegetable type smell that is around me. According to my partner Louise. So I am assuming that's from a toxic type bad stuff sitting at my body which is good. I would rather it be out than in, put it that way! So I guess what I am saying is things are going still going quite well.
